Action: Sign up for the TPS (Telephone Preference Service)

By registering with the TPS, you’re absolutely confirming that you don’t want to receive cold calls, please register at the Telephone Preference Service and you should receive fewer calls within 28 days

Action: Report spam and scam callers to the Information Commissioners Office

Even having registered your number with the TPS, after 28 days you should start reporting numbers to the Information Commissioners Office
